Kairo Launcher is a third-party Minecraft launcher that provides:
- Game launching and profile management
- Social features including friends list and chat
- Cosmetic items (capes) visible to other Kairo users
- Mod loader support (Fabric, Forge)
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Minecraft License
Kairo Launcher does not provide a Minecraft license. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to use licensed server features. We do not bypass, circumvent, or interfere with Minecraft's authentication systems.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Software
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Harass other users
- Violate Minecraft's EULA or Terms of Service
6. Intellectual Property
Kairo Launcher and its original content are owned by Kairo. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
